Vancouver Aquarium

Located in Stanley Park, the Vancouver Aquarium is Canada’s largest aquarium. It features more than 20,000 different types of marine life including Beluga whales, dolphins, air breathing fish and giant snakes.

If you’re looking for an unusual place to hold a party or other event for a group, the Aquarium offers a number of great options.

Vancouver’s Aquarium’s mission is primarily educational. The Aquarium offers scheduled presentations on caring for Dolphins, Sea Otters, Beluga Whales, Seals, frogs, and other sea creatures off the coast of British Columbia. They also offer aquacamps for kids.

The Vancouver Aquarium has Dolphin Shows, wetlab exploration and the only 4D presentations in British Columbia.

4D is a cinematic adventure filled with wind, mist, scents and dramatic lighting! This is a one of a kind experience filled with excitement, amazing visuals and unexpected sensory surprises.

Hours: Daily 9:30-5:00 in Fall, Winter and Spring and 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM in Summer.
