Vancouver Public Marinas

Vancouver, BC is a popular place to bring sail boats and power boats. To accommodate boating visitors, the city has a number of public marinas. We have listed them below.

The City of Vancouver owns and operates two civic marinas – Burrard Bridge Civic Marina (604-733-5833 ) and Heather Civic Marina (604-874-2814). The other public marinas are privately operated.

The City of Vancouver also operates a launching ramp where Vanier Park meets False Creek. The ramp can accommodate trailered craft up to 26 feet long. A reasonable parking fee includes the launch. You can pay by the hour, or day, or purchase an annual pass.

At Harbour Green dock in Coal Harbour, free short term (three hours) moorage is available for pleasure craft; however, boats cannot be moored after dark or overnight.
