Academie Duello offers the only authentic knight school for girls and boys ages 8 – 14 where Western Martial Arts are offered in an engaging and safe environment taught by trained instructors. The five day camp curriculum is focused on the skill of becoming a knight – from swordplay to the practice of knightly virtues such as courage and integrity. Be Like Ada Bootcamp – July 19
1 day, 8 hours of FUN, 500 new friends! Anyone can code. This fun workshop is ONLY for teen girls…for girls new to programming and ones who’ve coded a little before. Come out to learn, have fun & meet a whole bunch of cool friends who like the same stuff you do.
Girls learn the fundamentals of programming while building cool stuff with Lego, and get the tools so they can keep connected and programming after the bootcamp. They can see how to build whatever they imagine … the next Twitter, Facebook or Instagram!
Pedal Foundation’s OCBC Summer Bike Camps (8-13yrs)
Come have fun and make new friends while riding your bike with OCBC (Our Community Bike Club) during these week long summer camps. Participants will learn the skills needed to ride safely with two qualified staff in a bike safety rodeo before graduating to cycling on the street. We will go on cycling adventures around the city using bike routes and stopping in local parks for snacks and games. Bring your bike, helmet, snack, healthy lunch (not nuts please) and water bottle. No bike, no problem – loaner bikes are available upon request.

Camp Monarch is a day camp for children of all abilities from ages 5-12 who have a genuine interest in music, art and dance. The sessions run in July.
CSI Training Camp
A 3-day CSI Training Camp features unique and exciting opportunities for kids to get involved in real crime scene investigations and forensic science activities. Junior Detectives will have the chance to participate in a series of hands-on investigations, cracking codes in an effort to solve mysteries. Highlights of the program include learning from trained VPD officers in various units – Dog Squad, Identification, and others – as well as hands-on crime solving. The Learning Disabilities Association of Vancouver offers spring and summer day camps for children and youth aged 4-17 with suspected or diagnosed learning disabilities. Choose from Arts Expression Camp, Music and Movement Camp, Early Childhood Literacy Camp, or Connect-U Urban Social Skills Camp. Digital Music Production – July 7 -18
A camp for kids interested in electronic music, DJing, music production, movie recording, TV, and video game music. This 2 week day camp introduces students to sequencing, arranging, and recording. It also offers keyboard skills for composing and arranging and music theory.

Skateboarding & Creative Camp
A week long day camp providing children with a safe, fun and creative place to enjoy their school summer break. Kids will learn techniques in skateboarding, graphic designing, mixed media and much more. Each summer St. George’s School offers fun, enriching, and innovative weekly summer camps. This Westside Vancouver camp program offers the widest selection of summer camps for boys and girls. Camp genres include Sports, Robotics, Computers, ESL, Music, Art, Multimedia, and Science.
Blood and Iron Martial Arts runs Sword School, and teaches kids from ages 8-13 the art of fencing with long swords, sword and shield, pole arms and halberds. The full day, week long summer camps are a journey through history with sword play.
